No Cash Refunds. Inkspot credit slip will be issued on unopened/unused product received in original condition. If you order wrong product AND DO NOT OPEN said product, Inkspot will take it back [less a 15% restocking fee] in exchange for the RIGHT product. No Exceptions. There will be a 25% restocking fee on any returned toner cartridges for copiers OR printers that have been discontinued by the printer/copier manufacturer.
